This summer will see launch of the Green Stripes training programme for anyone involved in the building cycle. The short courses on offer include Understanding Sustainable Building Standards and Regulations and Methodologies.

The Green Stripes CPD programme is delivered by trainers at the top of their field who practise what they teach. Subjects range from procurement, design and planning of low-energy buildings, to assessing building performance and carrying out low-carbon refurbishment. Emphasis is placed on achieving optimal low-energy performance while keeping costs down.

The Green Stripes scheme will eventually provide accredited training schemes for all those involved with the built environment, offering constantly updated knowledge and skills at the forefront of sustainable building science.

For further information visit www.greenstripes.org.uk or visit the Green Gauge Trust stand (A13) at Greenbuild Expo on 29th and 30th June at Manchester Central.
