Drain News from Roca is a waste-water drain that displays the amount of water that has passed through it, making the user aware of how little or how much water they use. Measurements are made by flow meters, which send data through a wireless connection to the display unit on the waste fitting itself, showing the number of litres used. The product should be available from May 2011.
