Viessmann has launched a new range of gas fired condensing boilers. Their maximum flue length of 19 metres (on a 19kW model) means they are ideal for social housing projects and smaller properties.
Heating and hot water output is the same, from 19 to 35 kW, meeting installer demand for matching heat output to building heat load requirements.
Installation time is minimised as pressure relief valves and condense connections are combined and lengths of additional piping are not required.
When installed with a Vitocell 200 or 300 unvented cylinder, the boiler meets G3 building regulations without the need for an energy cut-off valve and cylinder overheat thermostat, as these are built in. This can in turn save up to a further £200 as Part P qualified electricians, are no longer required.
