Inteb Sustainability has announced a significant number of enquiries from commercial real estate portfolio holders, wishing to take advantage of its status as a fully Government accredited Green Deal provider.

It is helping commercial property owners determine their Green Deal strategy to optimise the benefits accruing from Green Deal energy upgrades.

Inteb is offering advice to owners of larger portfolios who are seeking to grasp how the Green Deal impacts on them in anticipation of a Quarter 1 roll out next year.

Its Green Deal service begins with a training programme for assessors, installers and tradespeople. It continues through to installation, project management and commissioning, to the provision of ‘pay-as-you-save’ finance packages.

Executive Chairman, Philip Hargreaves, says: “We are one of only two organisations fully accredited as a Green Deal Provider within the commercial real estate sector and have an ambassadorial role and a duty to ensure that media and landlords alike understand how the Green Deal operates and what it means for them, their readers and their tenants.

We are setting aside time to explain this in depth to those who wish to have an interview, or ask pertinent questions.  Only by getting the facts straight can we help ensure Green Deal growth.”
